I acted on behalf of my client, I contacted Motorvia to transport a accident damaged vehicle from Durban to JHB. I spoke to Amanda and requested a quotation for the delivery, giving her all the details of the vehicle and mentioning more than once that the vehicle runs but it is accident damaged and the customer does not want to drive it, as he is afraid of being pulled over for the damages. after receiving the quote and going over the terms & conditions with a close eye the customer paid for the towing.

the vehicle was arranged to be delivered to their yard, when it got there they refused to tow the vehicle for the reason that it is accident damaged and we did not inform them. nowhere in their T's&C's does it mention that they do not accept accident damaged vehicles.

first and last time we ever consider using a group of ******* that ***** from unsuspecting people.
