Overall pleased

Although my experience wasn't free of hiccups, all ended well thanks to one of the employees of Motorvia who went above and beyond to resolve the issues. Thanks Gert Brandt , you are a real asset to your company.

I would actually have to retract my review because of the fact that I have learnt this morning. The vehicle in fact had R1000 worth of fuel in when it was loaded (which I was unaware of until this morning) and when I received the vehicle this it had less than a quarter of a tank of fuel, thus some fuel was ****** from the vehicle in Mototrvia's possession. Disappointing.

I was contacted by Motorvia management and the matter was resolved within a week. I am pleased with the way the matter was handled. With this positive outcome I have converted my rating to four stars because the issue was resolved so professionally. This is great example of customer service.
