on the 29 of June i ask a tow truck to take my fiat strada bakkie reg VKH597GP TO MOTORVIA Kemptonepark they did call me from the Motorvia and ask me that can they sent it an i ask them to do so and i give them a order number Q1416 and i ask them to sent it to Utenhage eastern cape

On the 2 of July i call the office at Uitenhage and ask what will be the reason that they did not call me to tell me that my bakkie is here and i give the lady my reg and so inform me that its not there and i have to call the Kemptonpark and ask them

The same day i did call them and a very professional lady answer the phone and ask me if she can help she did ask me to speak to the lady that work with the pick ups

She then put me to the booking gentlemen and when i ask him about my bakkie he told me yes the bakkie is still here and we did not have a contact number to call you and i ask him but way do you want to call me just sent the bakkie and he got the adders and he say now he firts want to give me a Quote and i told him that i now the price my reason was that motorvia sent me in the pass 6 vehicles and he told me that he will get the 1 lady to call me just to make sure off all detail..and that was the last time i call this morning for the 7 time to ask where is my bakkie and uitnhage say it not here HOW IS IT THAT I HAVE TO WAIT FROM THE 29 OF JUNE TILL THE 8 OCTOBER FOR MY BAKKIE AND ITS STILL NOT HERE
