Jason the idiot

We called this company to have our open vehicles moved from Nelspruit to Johannesburg. On the first call, we were asked the height of the vehicles and we advised this company’s agent that the vehicles were 2.4 meters high. We were told not a problem and were given a price which we then paid. After paying, an idiot by the name of Jason told us that transporting the vehicles were not possible as the max ride height they can take is 2.3 meters. This morning, this idiot sent us an email telling us we are ***** and that we did not tell him the height at all yet I have 3 people in the office who heard us give him the power information during our first call. This idiot does not know how to treat customers and his attitude towards us when we called him out for his lie was totally disgusting. I high advised against using this companies services.
