Car Delivery

On 4 Feb 2022 I booked and paid for my car to be transported from Motorvia Cape Town to Motorvia Johannesburg- with the agreement that the car was to arrive on wednesday 9 Feb. On the 9th of Feb I called the Motorvia Johannesburg to see whether my car had arrived and was told that the car was yet to leave Cape Town. Throughout the day I called multiple times to find out why my car had not been transported to Joburg and got no answer. I then sent emails and only got a response the following day (10 Feb) and was told that the carrier which had to leave for joburg been re routed to PE and as such my car would only arrive this weekend instead of the original date which was 9 Feb. I am now sitting without a car because Motorvia Cape Town failed to deliver my car on time and did not even have the courtesy to keep me informed!

Giving them a one star is generous. The type of service I've received from Motorvia Cape Town is disgusting and unprofessional!
