Appalling service!

On the 13th of December i requested MOTORVIA Kempton Park to transport my car from Johannesburg to Port Elizabeth. They confirmed that my car would be collected at 4PM and the driver only collected my car at 6:30PM - zero communication from the branch I repeatedly had to call and track the driver myself. I was informed that my car would be in PE on Tuesday the 17th of December and when I called to find out where my car was I was informed that is was only uplifted on Tuesday from their depo in Johannesburg once again with no communication. Fast forward to this afternoon I called again to track my vehicle to be told that my car would only arrive on Saturday. Eleanor and Cleo from Motorvia were the consultants I was dealing with. Eleanor was completely disrespectful and rude on call today after she had **** about the status of my car and instead of being apologetic she was patronizing and dismissive on the call. She informed me that she deals with a lot of cars so she couldn’t recall what information she had given me. Zero professionalism, empathy or customer focus. I am disgusted at the quality of service I have received and they have no regard for the fact that my children and I are stranded with no car.

I am livid!
