You pat R558 a month and only part service covered

I am paying a premium of R558 a month and they still decline for reasons very invalid. They have refused to pay for changing of Transmission Oil and Transfer Case Oil on my Jeep, but vehicles require oil change after certain km, and it is part of service. What is worse is that the lady says, this is not what any service would ordinarily require. I think their strategy is to decline as much as they can, to make revenue. I hope they lose clients and close down.
