Worst service ever from Motorvaps

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received from any place. First, they don't read my mail I send them, then I have to resend documents. Then, they cannot read the Service history form correctly and with my car being on BMW motorplan - they want to tell me that my car service history does not reflect services done. To top it all off, being on a call close to 5pm, the consultant on the phone tells me, sorry sir it's 5 o'clock I need to go now, we can talk tomorrow.
