Worst service ever

I took my car to a reputable RMI accredited workshop for replacement of my clutchkit and a claim was submitted to Motorvaps as i took out a mechanical warranty on my vehicle with them. They came back and refuse to pay for it because according to them, through looking at photos not even sending some to the workshop, that it is not mechanical failure which is covered under the policy. So, please people if you have a warranty with these punks, cancel it and get a better company.
