Worst service ever!

Properbly the worst place to do business with, because they already have your money, they then just don't care about the client.

Been struggling since 12/11 for a claim to be finalized. Everytime you phone them it is either this or that missing from the claim. I have to replace an oil pump on the vehicle but they want photos of all the parts on the engine that was affected by this. Work needs to be done for this, the garage doesn't even know if the claim will be approved but they need to spend money firts? What happens when the claim is declined, then it is a loss to the garage? An estimate of all the work that needs to be done was send through, but they still want photos.
