WORST SERVICE EVER

I joined Motorvaps which is underwritten by old mutual last year and this must be the worst mistake I ever made in my entire existent.

3 days now without my car and all I get from motorcars is excuses just to pay R1400 towards my service. I joined with them last year and this was the worst decision I ever made. I took my car in on Friday the 14th for service and Ford emailed motorvaps the quote at around 10am and motorvaps only responded after 16:00. I had to collect my car and take it back on Tuesday the 18th and still today the 19th the car has not been paid for and Ford refuses to give me my car because of Motorvaps. All I get is excuses, wrong email address was used, and if a wrong email address was used which is the email the quote was received on why don't they sent it to the right department internally. I have called and emailed a million times between Friday and today(Wednesday) and still all I get is excuses, somebody will call me back like stories. All I need is my car and I am definitely cancelling with you guys and I will not recommend you to my worst enemy. Now today 20th Feb some lady calls me threatening me of how I need to pay a cancellation fee and how they will hand me over. I did not have a car for 3days, had to uber myself to work and my son to school and now what I am getting is threats. They can check on their system I have called and emailed Motorvaps more than 50times just for them to pay R1400 and I still had to pay R1700 cash which they refused to pay...... I am not paying no cancellation fee especially because I am cancelling because of their poor service and conduct of their business. Ohhhhh how can I forget to mention hoe I sat at Ford for almost 2 hours yesterday just for Motorvaps to send an email stating they did pay for my car so Ford can release it. In that 2hours I was on the phone with them for an hour
