WORST ******** EVER!!!

They are excellent at attending to your calls/emails when inquiring about their products.

They are terrible when having to pay out for your claim. :-( My car has a full service history, with the dealership. I have never missed, nor taken my car in for service later than the scheduled mileage. I purchased a warranty cover from MotorVaps, with all the extra bells and whistles (BetterCar product) to ensure that my baby never is fully protected and well taken care of.

I've recently had a mechanical failure, and my claim gets rejected. They say this is "normal vehicle maintenance". The have manipulated the description sent to them from the dealership, in order to get out of this claim. The wording on the technical report sent to them, vs. what they've logged on the rejection are not consistent.

They claim to have a disputes department, which just hasn't bothered returning to me for over a week now. - You call and you just get passed around to whatever department.

So frustrating. - I wish Hellopeter had half a star as rating option.

Save your money folks, look elsewhere for cover. :-(
