Worse Worse service ever

Pathetic and worsed service ever recieved, was sold ******* of a product, should have just took it with my currently car insurer,

Being taken from pillar to post with documents and wat so ever proof needed, I am expected to go out a cat at 23h30 at night in the middle of nowhere to take pictures of the pothole I hit, worked part I have to drive with a damaged tire to a dealer because they expected pictures of the tyre on the rim,

Flippin hell, I am furious, I pay premiums on time monthly but claiming is a problem, I want my money and you can kiss my business goodbye.

People please check reviews of insurance first before you take one, this 1 is the worse I ever came across with, they only deal with u on email and they no even sympathetic about ur incidents. Stupid
