When its time to pay its all excuses

When you are paying your premiums they are all sound good. I had a policy with them when i claimed, first it was i am nt covered for that claim, then they resolved that than it was they pay the dealer directly, i asked them which dealer does that,, than i had to pay and claim payment from them. Yohhh the payment payback toke forever till i decided to reverse my premiums and then guess what only then i get an email i will not be paid because i did not pay my premiums, why could they not pay me while i was still paying,my premium s where in order, this is just an excuse not to pay
