Very service and disregard for clients

I took up an extended Warranty with Motorvaps which also has cover for Rims and Tyre. I hit a pothole with both my left side Tyre, which the front got a Bubble on the side and the rear was more damaged cause the car Tyre sensors started report loss of pressure on the rear left tyre. i took the car to Tiger wheel in Midrand for them to check which they told me its damaged and cannot be repaired. i then got a temp tyre from them to be able to move around. i then put a claim for both Tyre which the only approved one at 70% cost and they have been giving the run around to say i must get the old damaged Tyre pic which i sent but still no responds this was all done with Anro Halgryn who now left their company, a week later i had to start my story again with another claim cons called Wyne who does not even care about clients and he is rude and dropped the phone on my ear when i said i wanted to cancel the policy rather since my claim is an issue.

i would not recommend these guys to any one as they happy to take the premium but reluctant to pay claims
