Very disappointed

I have tried to cancel my service plan and no one comes back to me. I have sent a number of emails. Once they have signed one up they treat you as if you do not exist. I had to pay the service provider before my car was released to me after a service as the service Centre could not get through to Motorvaps. Then I had to wait days before I was refunded. After telephoning numerous times I eventually was repaid. It us not worth having a service plan with them.
