I wasn't very happy with the service I received but Motorvaps made sure that I was won over again and that I felt valued. The call agent I spoke to had such knowledge of the products, it was really impressive. From almost wanting to leave to receiving such great service. My issue was dealt with professionalism and genuine concern. I give Motorvaps 5 stars for winning me over as a lifetime client and for really making me feel valued.
