First of all its a pity that i need to give at least one star to review ... as far as I'm concerned you would have to owe stars. Your overall service from replying to emails to phone calls to request call backs to booking services, approving claims are such a disappointment. Yet every month you expect payment in fact that is the first thing you check when a phone you speak to a customer. Penalized for no reason as you have the previous service on record from not checking what needs to be done on a minor and major service. I truly hope that this review would spark someone in Motorvaps with some customer integrity to get in touch with me to resolve my query i communicated yesterday morning already ... thank goodness i didnt hold my breath ...
