USELESS!

I am livid at the service I've received from Motorvaps since I joined them. They refused to service my car at Bosch because they cover me at 183000 and not at 186000 which is when my car is due for service! They did not contact me to tell me that I should look out for this all they can say is read your contract, but they have the audacity to send an sms saying I should have funds available for them to debt on the 1st! The very companies I serviced my car at told me about the problems they've had with Motorvaps and how many people have complained about them. On the very same day someone had the same problem with their service provider and i bet its Motorvaps. They have ruined my festive.
