This insurance company is the worst ever. They make all the promises for one to join, but when it comes to their side to deliver on claims one find no one available to assist.

Motorvaps has no one committing to assist of follow up the claim until is closed. They have all the excuses you can get on this world, ranging from not finding your account to referring you to the contract.

We have been trying to claim since September 2021 and this warranty is expiring in September this year.
