Unpaid Claim

I have been having service plan with Motorvaps for my BMW, recently it has shown a light that it needs an engine oil service. I contacted them requesting an authorisation and the company declined my claim with the reason that I have claimed too soon from the previous claim and they mentioned 15 000 kms has passed. From my understanding BMW vehicles do not really work with 15 000km, it goes for service when light or the key specifies that vehicle needs. Seeing that am not getting any assistance from this company and they will not meet the needs of my vehicle scheduled services as stipulated digitally by BMW, have decided to cancel this policy. Now am faced with cancellation fee of R1200, car hasn’t been serviced which I will pay out of my own pocket and I have been paying this policy since November 2019. On top of this they are telling me that I will be handed over if I don’t pay this cancellation fee.
