Unhappy client

I was sold a motor plan by an agent, and I had told him that my car was on 40k kilometres and he told me that I would be covered. He also told me that there will be a waiting period of 4 months, so I asked him if I will be fully covered because I do not want to be embarrassed when I go to the dealership. he said I will be covered. Now my car is due for a service soon, I thought let me just call Motorvaps. I was then transferred to a Candice who refused to give me her surname, telling me that me asking for her details is ********** then she cut the call while I was talking. I am not happy with type of service at all.
