Unfair treatment

Good day<br> <br> I feel that I've been unfairly treated w.r.t a claim. The company involved policy states that one can only claim once every month, limited to R3000.00. I've first claimed for an incident in January 2015. They now refuse to pay for a claim i want to submit now, reason being they only authorized the claim in February 2015 and that this incident happened in the same month.
