Unclear Terms and Conditions

<p>I have a Service plan with MotorVaps and when I took the plan, I was under the impression that it was for 3 years and they did not set a clear limit for the amount of services. </p> <p>I claimed earlier in the year and when I wanted to claim now again they say I am only allowed 1 service per year. This was never told to me. They now just say they take it as a given. They got the recording and the only thing the agent actually says VERY quickly is we cover you for 36 months. Service intervals is every 15000 KM, 45, 60 75. He does not say anywhere that this is the only Km covered and he literally only says 45, 60, 75. Nothing indicating Km etc.</p> <p>I now need to go for my 60000Km service and the only way they will pay for it is if I sign a document that says I only then have 1 service left and that I need to keep on paying for almost another 2 years after.</p> <p>This is unacceptable as it is not the terms I agreed to. </p> <p>Now that I want to cancel my plan I even have to pay a penalty fee even though I am losing all the money I have already paid them.</p>
