Unauthorized deduction

Good day, I've asked you so nicely if the service Plan will start as agreed, no one respo ded to my email, I took out a maintenance plan which is supposed to be deducted as from January 2020 and the service plan that's supposed to be deducted from February 2020, you've done what was not agreed on... Cancel both my maintenance and service plan with immediate effect, I'll go to Innovation group and you won't charge me penalties because you failed to do what was agreed upon...
