unable to contact
Been trying to contact them but their phone just rings. I would like to get a copy of my policy and have even filled in the form on their website but have got no response from them.
How can you have a listed phone number and contact form when you are not contactable and don't get back to your customers.
What will happen when a claim needs to be lodged and you cant be contacted.
Absolutely shocking.
