Tire claim

First tire claim experience was bad, and the staff kept telling me it’s my fault. I had to wait for a week before authorization, I write this still without a tire which they said that they wouldn’t pay the entire amount for. Things the sales rap never mentioned when taking the cover. Bad bad bad service
