Time to sue these insurance companies!

Dishonest people! Never return calls or emails. Horrible customer service from disputes section. No calls only email policy but never return emails. Inconvenience clients and expect them to make other means of transportation for over 90 days because their disputes department responds to emails after 90 days. Shouldn’t take on more clients because of bad customer service and policies of no calls only mail. How ridiculous! It’s time to just drag them to court and add inconvenience in the lawsuit!
