They refused to authorize the claim because the quotes exceeds the cover amount but still refused to pay the claim amount and i will settle the different

I am very dissapointed with motorvaps in how they conduct the claims, if the cover amount is R R3000 why cant they pay the cover amount if the invoice from the panel beater exceeds the cover amount as i have paid the supplier already the different and is refusing to give me back the money. I am very dissapointed with the way motorvap can decisive people
