They don't want to pay for fixing my car

I am not happy with the experience.

I sent a quote of almost 45k and only got approved about 5k.

Had an issue with my gearbox and mechatronics but they decided to only consider the mechatronics which would be cheaper for them to pay for unlike the gearbox.

I have been on calls half the day trying to speak to a manager or supervisor or anyone who's at the top but I have not been able to speak to any of them.

I am disappointed.
