THEY DON'T PAY FOR WHAT THEY PROMISE

I wish I had gone through these complaints before I took any service plan with these people. Yesterday I took my car for service and all they could pay for was Engine oil , sump plug & Air Filter (All these amounted to a R990) compared to the R2000 I have already paid . I called in I was advised that my plan doesnt cover the CAmbelt,V-belt & Tensioner and if I want to change this I must wait another 4 months and also pay arrears for whatever amount is outstanding for the 4months i had been paying. Not Only am I beeing *****ed by this , when I asked for a cancellation form , I am told I have to issue a 60day notice and pay 2 more premiums !!! How appalling can this get . If I am cancelling my policy with you why am I paying for the 2 months extra ? So Ipay to R3K while you have only piad R990 for me . I am cancelling this policy and no one is getting anything extra after that. SUE ME IF YOU WANT , I REFUSED TO BE *****ED AND CORNERED IN GETTING OUT OF ANY CONTRACT WITH yOU GUYS
