They are a bunch of ****mers

I have submitted a claim in the past for damages that occurred to my rims because of a pothole, which was approved. In April I submitted a claim and they rejected saying that it was accidental damage. On 27 June 2023, I submitted a similar claim for my mags, and this time around they decided they were going to reject it for the same reason they rejected my claim in April saying "Accidental damage means, collision damage sustained by a vehicle in motion" However, nowhere in my policy document does it give you that definition of an accident. At the same time, it states it provides "maintenance of small dents and scratches and the restoration of chips caused by day-to-day motoring". So technically the policy wording states that the vehicle will be in motion. What I'm failing to understand is what I am covered for when everything under the defined maintenance is things that are caused by accident, whether it be someone scratching my door with a trolley, which is also considered an accident. They are just a bunch of ****mers man taking your money. I wouldn't recommend anyone doing business with them at all. Take your money and run.
