The worst motor warranty plan you can possibly go for.

I took out a motor warranty policy December 2021 for my 2015 model Opel Corsa. I am the only owner of this car and all services are up to date. Early May 2022 my car started smoking and losing power. I then contacted MotorVaps who told me to take the car in to an authorised workshop. The workshop contacted them and they gave the ok to strip and quote. After receiving the quote from them which included pistons that burnt out. Now they rejected my claim based on the vehicle being used with the problem for a long time. I have no idea how they came to this conclusion especially since the car was in perfect driving condition until it randomly started smoking and losing power. I have since disputed the rejection and have yet to receive the outcome. All I want is for them to come to the party and assist with the repairs. Why have I been paying this monthly fee, only to have my claim rejected on something that is not true. I need my vehicle and now have to cough up R30 000.00 to have it fixed since they gave the approval to strip the car. Please just help with paying for the claim, I am at my wits end.
