Thank you Motorvaps staff

I was caught up in a very frustrating situation and desperately needed my policy documents but couldn't get through to anyone. When I eventually got through, I was rude and irritated with the consultants but they were polite and so understanding. Thank you to everyone who helped me, I know things can't happen immediately and there will be some hiccups but I just wanted to show my appreciation for all the patience and kindness that was shown to me by the Motorvaps staff.
