I would like to rate good service and good help in making me understand better the Service Policy Plan.

I have been calling( three times) and sent emails 0n the 26 July regarding my car for Service that was not authorised due to some miscommunication of on the plan.

On the 27th July; I called again and I got assisted by Ms Delene Mnguni. The lady assisted me so well, listened to my frustrations from previous day and started by explaining step by step on what have happened to my policy.

I was then satisfied with her help and got to a solution of the policy ..thank you Ms Delene for a great work especially with this current time in is the country working Patterns but you assisted me with no hesitance

My policy is now in order and the authorization was finalised … Thank you Delene and Thank you Motorvaps!
