absolutely shocking customer service, could not get hold of road side assistance, paid for towing via personal insurance and not they refuse to compensate me for the additional charges, doesn't not call back or provide accurate information. spoke to Jiyaad Halley with no update or feedback received. will have to get the financial ombudsman involved
