Terrible customer feedback

Yet again their feedback is poor and patronizing, for a company who prides themselves with customers service. They did not bother to call me, instead they said I must login to their company website and fill a customer feedback form

Saying this is not a platform for me to raise my concern, they clearly do not care about their customers. Terrible company to work with actually leave leaves a bad taste for Old Mutual,
