STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM MOTORVAPS AS YOU CAN, THEY WILL DO YOU IN!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I have a policy with them that I have been paying for the last 19 months and only claimed once. The claim was less than R1500 and they didn't cover the entire claim, now I am trying to cancel and they want to charge me a R2000 cancellation fee. The same with my wife's policy, we only claimed once where I had to pay in an additional amount for mechanical parts even though I pay extra to cover the mechanical service parts. When trying to call them to try and sort out what happened, they refuse to offer any assistance.

This is the worst vehicle service plan providers I ever encountered.
