<p>I know that everyone moans here and most of the time people dont take the time to say good things so I decided that I would start by saying to Quinten, Thank you for going the extra mile and making my day, in fact you made my year. I read some of the reviews here and was worried but you came to the party and I have faith in humanity and even more faith in you and Motorvaps. I will be calling your call center and changing my other car warranty and sctratch plan to Motorvaps. No doubt the best I have experienced or even heard of. Well Done Quinten.</p>
