Service plan claim, poor service

Horrible company, they take your money for service plan and when its time to claim they ignore you. I have been trying to get my car serviced and submitted a claim and quote from the dealer but they ignored my claim. no response. When I call they said they haven't received the quotes. its been over a week Please don't waste your money with this unreliable company.
