**** - fails to approve claims - always hides behind technicalities - USELESS

This is the ****tiest service and company I have ever come across. Every claim is hassle, there is always a technicality around claim stage. 4/5 claims not fully paid with an arrogant Claims department.

I would not recommend any person to ever use or try their service - this is a proper ****....
