Worst claim process and outcome ever. Bought a service plan, they not only paid 50% of dealership invoice but also the assumables that the dealership uses like what the heck... They further delaying my claim. I am sitting here with a car not service after paying for months and them gladly taking my money and I am told to pay the 70% of the invoice. Where in south africa and in your right mind will you get your new vehicle service for R800. No interim assistance for mobility nothing. Very *********** and misleading policy you can ever buy. A lot of LIES never stayed to the word and apparently they have nothing to do with what the broker said so they have employed a bunch of ******. Never ever take a plan this people you will ruin the day you did when they must payout....A BIG ****.
