After months of going back and forth with the dealership I had to trade in the two vehicles and they replaced me with n nissan np300 but loaded the sorthfall onto the new deal and I'm still owning the bank the full capital. The dealership told me they Wil lias with motorvaps to swap the warranty to the new vehicle. They didn't get back to me. Instead went to do a claim on the vehicles and when I received an sms from motorvaps about a claimed that was submitted after I sold vehicles in a trade in I was shock I called motovaps told me but I signed for the repair I told them I never signed documents and ask them to forward me the documents still till today they never sent me. Instead sent me email saying. Since dealership settle the amount the refund should go to dealership and still don't want to provide me with the documentation so I can open ******** case for ***** against dealership for signing documents written in my name on behalf of me.
