Ridiculous service

I had a warranty with master cars that was about to expire, I contacted motorvaps with regards to what they can offer me when it comes to the warranty as i already had a service plan with them, upon taking up the warranty I was informed that since I have an active warranty then there's no waiting period. I took my car for service and Motorvaps refused to pay for mechanical issues due to waiting period. The same waiting period I waivered when I joined. Your treatment of customers is not okay. I could easily have extended my warranty with Master cars and they would have paid for the mechanical issue on my car.
