Refusing to pay out

<p>I took a motorvap warranty and my car broke down , i was advised to have the car taken to a RMI Approved Dealer which i did</p> <p>the Dealer submitted the claim on my behalf and i constantly followed up on the status of the Client </p> <p> </p> <p><br />today was told that the claim was approved and they were busy with paperwork and i later recieved a call from the dealer telling me that Motorvap is refusing to pay</p> <p>tried calling Motorvap number of times to understand their reason for refusing to pay out and i have been taken from pillar to post</p> <p>i asked the dealer why motorvaps decided not pay and they said it is because i had another waranty with Hollard .</p> <p> </p> <p><br />the reason why i took the warranty with motorvap was that i was not getting joy from hollard and decided to join motorvap</p> <p>my car is now at the dealer and i am expected to pay R40 000 for the repairs </p> <p> </p>
