Refuse to pay full amount

Motorvaps warranty plan just do not want to pay

The service provider quoted for 2 wheel bearings total R4 368,00 including labour. Motorvaps only approved R1092,00, saying they will only pay 50% of 1 wheel bearing... who must pay the rest? When I called them they told me that according to their policy they only pay for 1 failurethey will only pay 50% for the 1 because the cause is due to 'wear&tear". from the report of the service provider nowhere it says what was the cause do they made up their conclusion just do dodge paying

the 1st workshop that I went to did not want to service my car because they told me very well that my insurance Motorvaps does not want to pay , they have stoped taking their clients...now i understand why

I am currently paying for their highest plan - the extender, that plan is unlimited amount to claim and this is the nonsense I am paying for I have been paying for 9 months, for my 1st claim this is what I am getting

Workshops dont even want motorvaps clients!!!!!!!!!
