Refuse to pay for service

Good day

I would like to submit a complaint on Motorvaps which I have service plan with for my vehicle.

I called in to them getting an authorisation for my car to be serviced, I spoke to the consultant who asked me a few questions regarding my service plan, he then advised me to take my vehicle in to be serviced which I did with the vehicle's manufacturer. Motorvaps refused to honor the claim or to pay for the service after the consultant gave me the go ahead, their reason was that my kilometres were over the grace period, ok I get that however I should have been informed before authorisation. My case is, that they authorized the service and refused to pay the quote. I couldn't get my car because they refused to pay, I had to pay R3200 I didn't have because of they *********** service. I want Motorvaps to reimburse my money because I was misinformed.
