Recognition for great service

I have had the pleasure of talking to one Allissone whilst shopping for an Extended Warranty and Service Plan for my car. I have never encountered someone so thorough, so patient and so kind in all my experience of dealing with call-centre based consultants. I had a lot of questions, adjustments and demands but she graciously accommodated me with the utmost humility!
