POOR SERVICE & RUDE STAFF

hay shame - poor poor service. my car needs to be serviced. They were called on 09 March to approve the service. they came with an excuse. i've been calling them from 8am this morning. it is now 13:35 and they still have not approved the service claim. 5 hours later no claim has been approved. and to close it off, the lady i was talking to, dropped the phone on me as i was complaining.
