Poor service delivery on warranty plan

their service is very poor. i have a warranty plan with motorvaps, recently my car had a breakdown it wouldn't start anymore, my car was towed in to a dealer for repair, motorvaps refused to settle the bill and it took them the whole day just to give me a feedback on my claim up until i called their office demanding a feedback. so fellow sister and brothers please think twice before joining this ****
